Things to keep in mind about the H2A temporary worker program

Cheap Labor?
You will not hire "cheap labor under this program." You will have a consistent and dedicated workforce from Asia who can produce higher production than the ones you have had the in the past. You must be aware that the Department of Labor assigns the prevailing wage for these workers.

Easy?
This program is not easy or inexpensive. The H-2A process requires a coordinated effort on the part of you and us. You may need to write letters or make phone calls to government agencies from time to time as directed by us.

Illegal?
You cannot "legalize" undocumented workers under this program. This program only allows you to bring legalized workers from out of the country at the time of your requirement.

Fast? 
You never want to start late. This program takes a minimum of 45 days to complete the process. You must plan 3-4months in advance with housing prepared for the workers

Housing?
Obtain safe housing with beds, bedding, a couch, table, chairs, and cooking facilities. A worker's total housing costs, including utilities to meet the standards of housing requirements.
